ExxonMobil Rockwell Project

ExxonMobil’s hope in this new grassroots project was to create a new blend of lubricant. The creation of an entirely new product leads to trial and error, as well as many opportunities for dangerous machine and electrical malfunctions. With these safety concerns in mind, Westgate’s team of highly-trained and experienced electricians and instrument technicians began the project.

Our team performed a variety of electrical and installation services. One of our top priorities was the installation of MCCs, and making sure they had a fire resistance rating with firestops in place. In addition to Motor Control Centers, we also installed regular control panels and performed field instrumentation to optimize systems.

Westgate electricians provided lighting, conduit, wire, terminations and checkout for the Rockwell Project, all the while ensuring optimum safety and reliability.
